Without making any political commentary (¡I see you there with the ban hammer, Jefe!), the events of this weekend included a photo that my wife and I were discussing could be the picture of an era- one that is an important historical picture. It made me think about how that 'iconic picture' phenomenon is disappearing. I can think of a few reasons for that- the volume of pictures is so much higher, video has replaced so much of stills, AI has made pictures less trustworthy.
