OK. It is enough but you suggest waiting a little while.

When peoples first comment is, it’s not enough, that is a bit head scratching to me. You can do a lot with $300K. So many people have no understanding of leverage. Sometimes you can find an assumable loan or owner financing too. Never stop looking for a deal is my position.

Bottom line is 300 K is more than enough.
