that means from a football standpoint. It 100% starts with him. He can’t be the guy that runs up and down the sideline hooting and hollering after a good play and then being the stoic blinky eye guy when things aren’t going great. The team watches him closely and he needs to be a consistent leader that is only worried about the very next play. Hopefully that is what he means when he says they need more consistency. It has to start with him.
