If you left it tightly rolled up in a hot garage, then you probably didn’t store
it according to directions.
That might explain why it worked fine previously but didn’t work now (despite not using it).
I would call the manufacturer. I had a similar issue with a big Agnes pad and they replaced my old pad with the new version—no questions asked
