I dont think thats how it works
First of all I obviously was not talking about CO nor do I care much about that market.
Second, buyers v sellers market is not directly a function of price. Its a matter of buyers v sellers or supply & demand. We currently have a LOT more supply and very little demand. Even sub $400k homes are slashing prices and sitting on the market for weeks and even months.
