Facebook friend is now soliciting prayers so they can sell their house that has been on the market for 7 months with no interested parties. The have it listed 30% higher than they bought it for a few years ago and refuse to cut the price. Im starting to think they must have cash out refied at some point. They could cut their price $100k and still be well above what they paid for it and it would probably sell pretty quick.

Starting to see a lot more of this down here. Some sellers still think its 2021. It might be some places but certainly not here in Texas.
