Suggestions for smoker pellets? I used the Traeger hickory pellets simply
because they were the ones my local store was selling.
But after a brisket and 2 racks of ribs, the hickory flavor just isn't there like it was when I used actual hickory chips.
Anyone have a brand they can recommend that gives a true hickory flavor?
