The bay is very polluted from the boats docked there. You can rent a golf cart

I did a sea kayaking excursion there that was pretty fun. That was 15 years ago.

The inland Jeep tour is great, but ocean activities are better on short visit.

The water is fine for snorkeling, exploring underwater caves, etc., they give you wet suits
