When Pope left, there were a ton of us who were freaking out, and soured on Pope.

The way he left, some backhanded things he said, the immediate transfer of who we thought was maybe our biggest recruit ever, was really making us BYU fanatics redyewted. Then he went for our favorite boys, Saunders, Hall, etc. and(I’ll speak for myself here), many of us basically disowned Coach Pope.

We knew there were a couple intriguing new HC options. I posted early on that Coach Young would be amazing, but it was a pipe dream.

Then we somehow get Coach Young. Just that alone had me and most of us crazies stoked and not caring too much about Pope anymore. But still, lots of questions on roster, rest of staff, and how we will be able to recruit…

Now after all those things have happened, most like me are like Mark Pope who?

Yeah there is still some big questions and concerns of the unknown, but it really is insane how things have transpired.

I doubt anyone has too bad of feelings towards Mark Pope anymore.
