The bay is very polluted from the boats docked there. You can rent a golf cart

The water is fine, especially at the dive spots. Not too cold in August.

The inland Jeep tour is great, but ocean activities are better on short visit.

The water is fine for snorkeling, exploring underwater caves, etc., they give you wet suits
