Needed a neighbor to mow my lawn this weekend. I have 10,000 sq ft of lawn. It takes me about 50 minutes with a self-propelled mower. Assume no edging and trimming. This shouldn't be an ongoing thing.

What's their market rate? A 14 year old? Minimum wage. a 16 yo? Match downtown
