Just played a round of golf with Jeff Copp. He played DE for Boise State 98-00
He grew up in Idaho Falls and played at Skyline. He was fired as a DC at Eastern Washington and just got hired as an assistant at Northwestern by coach Braun and was home for the holiday.
He said it took 7 moves in every time zone, and 25 years, but he finally made it to P5 conference football. What a grind you’d have to want that job pretty bad to put up with all that.
