The Church’s language app probably has it if anyone does. Embark is what it is
Called. Other than that or in addition to it you might call the missionary department or the MTC and see if they can connect you with people who teach it. If the branch is conducted in Maltese then presumably the missionaries learn it. If nothing else, finding an American—any American—who speaks it would be a good start I would think.
