The reason why I ask is that we've always been told that passwords were the key to security. For example, an 8-digit password can be hacked in about 2-3 seconds. Each additional digit adds significantly more time to hack.

I'm wondering if there's another type of backdoor entrance they could have used (assuming your password was robust).
