French rider Julien Bernard was fined 200 Swiss francs ($223) by the International Cycling Union after he stopped to kiss his wife during the time-trial seventh stage of the Tour de France.

I love the TdF, and this is dumb. Penalties should be reserved for people who try to gain an advantage in illegal ways.
