Z71 is offroad trim package. Main thing is 18" all terrain tires and bedliner.
As for wheels, I like them on mine much better than the standard 17" wheels on the LT. The bedliner is nice and I think they add skid plates too.

I really like mine and I think the Z71 package, especially with the Trail Boss trim if possible, is just right.
