Sports games have a really quick turnaround, so they have to reuse some assets year after year. I think EA is taking the correct approach.

With mascots, for example, they announced today there would only be 50 in the game. I would rather they do those 50 really, really well so that they’re done well for the next few years, rather than try and do 130 and do an average job.
