+ proximity to Utah, comparatively cheaper housing than Utah, big enough to have what you need but not a huge city.
Couple hours to Yellowstone and Jackson. You live in the one of the only "mountainous areas" in SE Idaho, within 30 min of a reservoir and within an hour of two more. Pretty good summers.
- Windy all the time, not the best layout, cold, snowy, if you're not in the hills it's kind of ugly.
