We went today for lunch. The line was ~20 people. That's 20 indecisive people that will taste and discuss every soup
there is, resulting in a 1 hour line. I hate Zupas people, but my wife and daughter love it, so I often give in.
Anyway, today we immediately left. Even my wife knew we were walking into disaster.
