I can get behind Bojangles, Torchy’s, and La Madeleine. I’m actually shocked at that last one. I grew up in Dallas and
Have Never seen one outside of the DFW area, but their Croque Monseur is pretty darn delicious. Pepper Lunch is interesting to hear about. They’ve got them all over Manila and I’ve never eaten at one when there for work, but they always seem to be popular.
