If they are living at home you would have to exclude them from your own policy.
You also wouldn’t get the discounts (potentially) that you are eligible for on their policies.

Also, if they are still living under your roof, I’m not sure that would protect you from their accidents, but I don’t know.

Report back after quoting both ways. I haven’t seen it work out better very often but it might work.
