Auto insurance optimization with kids question. I have 6 vehicles and 4 drivers
One large family SUV
One large diesel truck.
One work/beater truck.
One old Jeep
One nice sedan.
One college kids sedan
Coverage is 500 K with umbrella policy on top.
Other than getting rid of some vehicles (Which I should do), I am wondering if I should move the 18-year-old and 20-year-old driver to their own policies with their own vehicle. My theory would be they would not need to have the same coverage that I have. Has anybody done anything like this?
