and limited opportunity, I’m expecting something similar in terms of player development and team building. Thus far, this coaching staff has exceeded expectations so I’m giving them the benefit of the doubt that they will be able to meld this group of very talented players into a highly performing unit.

We also have the benefit of a group of experienced returning players (Hall, Richie, Knell) that will help the incoming players and have demonstrated leadership.

I’m not curtailing my high expectations.
