The cosmonauts are so tightly packed into the capsule, that they have to use a stick to flip the switches on their control panel.
I would jump at a chance to ride in a Dragon. You couldn't pay me to get into a Soyuz.
The russians have been coasting off the development costs done by the Soviets during the 60s and 70s. They have a "new" rocket that has been in development for decades, and still doesn't work very well.
