You took it to the manufacturer and they told you to take it to Costco because
they have a relationship with Costco where bad products are returned to Costco and then the manufacturer works with Costco instead of with you? And you have a lifetime warranty on the product?
If I’m understanding that correctly… what could possible be dishonest about this?
