I worked in a car parts factory in Tennessee back in the day.

We manufactured parts for Nissan, in Smyrna, among others. We sold them our parts for $9 and change. We went and bought one of our competitors units - exactly the same as what we aold them - at a local dealership. For the same unit, they charged us $247.
