I'm not sure about the idea that he's a better rebounder than Jaylen Brown
Brown's rebounding stats at every level:
High school Jr.: 8.2 rpg
High school senior: 12 rpg
College career: 5.4 rpg
NBA career: 5.3 rpg (regular season), 5.6 rpg (playoffs)
Catchings high school and OTE league rebounding stats:
High school Jr.: 4.8 rpg
OTE league: 5.7 rpg (regular season), 8.4 (playoffs)
The trajectory is good for Catchings (he's averaging significantly more rebounds in the OTE playoffs than he did in the regular season), but over longer stretches (his Jr. season in high school and the OTE regular season) his rebounding numbers haven't been eye-popping.

Perspective: He's rated #38. And Demin's rated as a Top-15. Yet Duke has 5 guys in the Top 20. And Baylor has #5 & #21.
