Turn the facade into a giant wraparound marquee board with 1000s of LEDs

Not necessarily enough to show video, but text and animations would be awesome. It wouldn't change the day-time appearance of the building, but it would really pop at night. You could even use it to augment the scoreboard for baseball games.

They should also paint a massive stretch Y on the top so that the Google satellite view of the university would proudly display the Y

I have no complaints with any of those items. Seating has been upgraded already and so has the scoreboard. Food options
