If you had just one day, for an adult, which one - Disneyland or CA?

I happen to be there for work and a group of colleagues and clients want to go a half-day at one or the other? Granted, I know CA has alcohol, so some are steering that way. I haven't been to either in a bit. Some of this group haven't been to either park in years.
