I was on the roof of my dad's house when I was young and lost my balance and

fell off the roof. As I landed, I attempted to hit the ground and roll over several times as I had seen in the movies, but I was unsuccessful doing that. I broke my heel bone (the Calcaneus). I had surgery and the Orthopedist inserted pins and screws and metal plates to hold the calcaneus pieces together in the proper position. Subsequently, I wore a Plaster of Paris Cast for quite a while.
