Most painful part of it was taking an x-ray because the required positioning and duration for one of the shots. I thought I was going to pass out.

Secondary to that was the healing. My elbow seized and it required months of physical therapy. When the therapist was able to break scar tissue, that was particularly painful and impacted my ability to cooperate.
