BYU Football going forward. Several factors really hurt the program last year. Moving into the Big XII was a tougher move than many thought it would be.
Oline and Dline were just not ready in any way, and I believe BYU and NIL moved too slowly and addressed issues (coaching) in a poor way. I believe the issues have been well addressed now, and over the next 2-3 years I expect to see upward momentum.
I expect notable improvement this year but more of a trending upward than anything and over the next 2 years we will be back in the hunt.
I foresee BYU being a factor in the Big XII race on a regular basis as we become more seasoned in the Power 4/3.
It takes time for recruiting and everything to take shape and always has at BYU, but I believe we are going to see a positive trend.
I think we're going to be just fine.
