Go to the owners manual and see what the mfg recommends and go with that
Semi-synthetic and full synthetic will cost more but has some advantages. Longer between oil changes for one thing.

Synthetic if you want to change it less often. Conventional if you want cheap but less miles between changes.

Just because oil lasts longer doesn’t mean the oil filter will last long enough. I say follow the manual.
