Bear in mind CA taxes and CT taxes are graduated but CA income taxes are significantly higher.

Assume 5 year guarantee and full buyout. Equal perks (they wouldn’t be but whatever).

LA brings bigger sponsorship deals. But harder to win and sustain success. Less control over ability to win.

I’m a stick-in-the-mud LaVell / John Wooden type that thinks most coaches at top programs should not be tempted by the pros. Very mixed bag of success in making that jump.
