Jabara went 19 & 9 at Duke. I think we would all be pretty stoked about that
I think Demin will be awesome, but is very much TBD if he plays to Jabari's level. They do play different positions, so can't compare it perfectly.
If Demin is 19 & 9 with 35% from 3, BYU is going to have a big year.

Demin > Frank Jackson, Jabari Parker, etc. Our best recruit in so long.

Jabari was the #2 overall pick in his NBA draft. His pro career disappointed,

Better than Frank, not better than Jabari though(as a recruit)

If Frank hadn't been in such a hurry to grow up, he could've had a hades of a college career. Demin has a chance of

in the NIL era, he probably would have played in college for longer

Good point, especially on the rebounds. I just think long-term Demin may develop

Demin without Jabari’s injuries goes farther, but so does Jabari without injury

Jabari was very talented, no doubt. Wish he'd have had much more of a mean streak to him.

Probably why such a good athlete wasn't a more mobile guy.

He made 3.8 million in the 3 years he could’ve been playing college ball still

I think that's wishful thinking at best. And like I said, a wasted career. What athlete turns to $$$ earnings

I think a lot of athletes consider money success

Frank Jackson has 214 career games played in the NBA. That is, he was a key

Good thoughts. I'm a fan of the college game. I wish he'd made more of his mark there.
