Here's what he's bragging about. In order to beat a 3-9 team Baylor team that finished in 12th place in the Big 12, mighty UU needed:

1. Two scores in the final two minutes.
2. A terrible INT thrown by the Baylor QB with 1:35 remaining to setup the second of those two scores
3. An atrocious non-call on PI in the endzone to end the game (where the UU defender got away with absolutely mugging the receiver). Should have been PI with Baylor getting the ball on the 2yd line with a chance to tie the game.
