I once had a problem with Priceline where we got kicked out of the hotel because a hurricane caused the power to go out. The hotel wouldn’t do anything for us because we had booked through Priceline, and Priceline was so difficult to work with we had a hard time just getting a live person on the phone who could do anything for us.
