My worst experience was with Expedia on a booking in London.
They were very dishonest in the process and I avoid them now.
I’ve generally had good experiences with Booking. They often give me better rates than booking direct.
I use both Viator and GetMyGuide for planning activities, tours, etc. The apps are very helpful especially when planning a longer more complex trip.
