Did she schedule around it, plan to use the time to study/do homework, etc? It
isn't just "using" it .. it is planning around it to make it a benefit.
It takes a lot of time, so if it isn't planned and utilized, it becomes very burdensome.
It is a long annoying commute. She isn't wrong.
