What tips do you have to lock down your technology to protect your kids?

We have a family iPhone that our two teenagers can use, but we want to lock it down. Our teenagers also occasionally use my wife’s laptop, and we want to lock that down too.

Any suggestions?

Get an Android and use the Family Link app and it's free. The controls loosen up

We use FamilyLink. We have iOS but kids have Android. It doesn’t work for iOS?

They don't loosen up but they allow the child to opt out completely. It lets the parent know if they do. My 14yo still

They have ipads. No phones, they wont until they are teens.
