Sorry, major disagreement here. Utah is not on Texas' level. (Hence the laugh).
Even though Texas had not performed to talent level, they had talent Utah just does not have. Utah is more like K state as far as performing well with existing talent. BYU beating Utah would be an upset, but nowhere near the same level upset as beating Texas last year (even from a preseason perspective).
