I mostly agree with you there. 99.9% of people can achieve a sustainable healthy
Weight below the obesity line.

However, because the ideal (or sustainable) weight differs between individuals, there are a few people whose sustainable weight might be above the obesity line. As you point out, it is just very difficult for them to lose weight compared to the average person.

And while technically it isn’t impossible for them to achieve a normal weight, it is nearly impossible to maintain it and achieve maximum health throughout their life.
