never ever ever put yellow mustard straight onto a burger. Or onto anything for that matter. Mix it with ketchup. Mix it with mayo. Mix it with honey. Mix it with bbq. I don't care what, just mix it with something. Otherwise you ruin whatever you are eating by putting plain yellow mustard on your food.

Yellow mustard is an ingredient. I've said it over and over here. It is not to be used plain.
