BMI is ridiculous
It doesn't account for muscle mass. There are athletes out there who are fit that are deemed obese by BMI.
I agree that our country has a problem, but BMI isn't a reliable metric.

BMI is an accurate metric for the vast majority of the population. Sure if you are an NFL linebacker, it won’t apply.

Serially, congrats for being healthy. BMI is certainly not perfect. It’s just a rough guide, and there are exceptions.
