The original report came from a CBer who lives in Idaho and had a conversation with his wife, who is one of Isaac Davis's teachers. Apparently Isaac told the teacher his intentions.

So Isaac offered the information to his teacher, who told her husband, who then posted it on CB.

Question: According to the rule, would it have been okay if the CB poster tweeted about it and then linked to his tweet on CB?
