Philly can wait to sign Maxey until after they get LeBron as Maxey only counts as his 13 million dollar cap hold at the moment. I’d say they have roughly 60 million in cap space accounting for the Maxey cap hold. This of course means they have to renounce rights to Tobias Harris, Nic Batum, Buddy Hield, and DeAnthony Melton though. They all have pretty high cap holds. If LeBron wants to not take a pay cut, that would give Philly 10-15 million plus the room exception(I think it should be about 8 million) to build a team around Maxey/Lebron/Embiid.
