No, those posts merely refer to those players having NBA aspirations, and that KY is the best guy to develop them.
Nobody is out here declaring that Coach Young is going to magically produce NBA draft picks out of mediocre talent. But I will say that it's not automatic that those two particular players absolutely can't be NBA guys. I think the odds are very much against it, but heck - let them give it their best shot.
