Looking at AZ, they had a successful season, ranked in the top 10 most of it, got a high NCAA tourney seed and have lost most of their core group of players. It's understandable when players transfer due to a coaching change but was a little surprised to see the mass exodus there with no coaching change. Similar thing with Duke.

If we start getting more of these top 50-75 players who aren't tied to BYU in some way we can expect a lot more year to year disruption with our roster and it will be difficult to get the kind of continuity and chemistry we saw last year and expect to see again this coming season.
