Too early to tell yet, but if similar to CDT, once I get a rhythm, I expect to be doing 120 - 150 miles per week. But,
I'll admit, it's already taken me longer than I expected to find my rhythm on this trail. Everyone that I'd met on the CDT that had done this trail told me this one is way easier. Maybe physically, but I'm finding this one to be more mentally challenging because of what I see as a bunch of unnecessary switchbacks.
Don't get me wrong though--I'm still really enjoying it.
