What I don't know is how the drivers make any money at it. Seems like after they figure in their car expenses they won't make enough to make it worthwhile for the time they spend.
Plus there are collateral costs like if you get in a car wreck. And emotional costs like dealing with rude poor tipping customers. Plus the social costs of having a job delivering cheap food.
Adding it all up, I don't use Door Dash and the rest. Don't want some pimply kid eating some of my cold fries before I get them. Bad enough that the food is cold.
